Within the social network LinkedIn, a special group called Optimal Tourist Journey is formed to respond to market demand through social listening. Through a special digital tool, social listening is conducted weekly in specific markets, and group members receive weekly data - positive and negative responses. From this, the most desirable destinations, user interests, and bad experiences to avoid or obstacles that prevent travelers from traveling optimally are identified.
The group brings together experts with similar interests to share their opinions and experiences, ask for advice and make connections. Users on LinkedIn with a valid profile can sign up for the group. Each group can have one or more coordinators who confirm members' membership in the group. Within the group, users share information about innovations, the possible development of ideas and their implementation. The idea of an optimal tourist trip is created.
