Submissions to this track should focus on innovation and entrepreneurship (E & I) related to World Heritage Tourism (WHT). It is critical for the success of World Heritage Tourism to apply E & I themselves and also to learn from and leverage innovation and entrepreneurial spirits from their stakeholders. This special track welcomes submissions from a broad academic and professional area that contribute to our understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship as it pertains to the success of World Heritage Tourism. Possible themes (and not limited to those) are:

-       New service & product development – developing for WHT

-       Experience design – design settings for sustainable and resilient WHT

-       Business models – fostering and supporting WHT

-       Governance – actors, roles and relationships supporting WHT

-       Productivity & scalability – effectively and efficiently delivering at WHT

-       Operations – service operation aspects facilitating innovation at WHT

-       Innovation and entrepreneurship science – key lessons for WHT

-       Open platforms for innovation – open systems supporting WHT

-       Technology – improving service quality and experiences at WHT

-       Customer insights – learning about actions desired by consumers at WHT
